Jaclyn Blumenfeld brings a decade of legal experience to C. Alvarez Law, with a career that blends deep roots in family law with advanced knowledge in estates, trusts, and guardianship. This dual focus makes her especially equipped to guide clients whose cases involve complex financial issues.
Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Jaclyn earned her Bachelor of Arts from American University in 2012 before attending the University of Miami School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor in 2015. That same year, she was admitted to the Florida Bar, and in 2019, she was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Jaclyn began her career in Orlando practicing family law, where her compassion and dedication quickly earned her recognition, including being named one of Orlando Family Magazine’s “Awesome Attorneys” of 2020. She later expanded her legal expertise into estates, trusts, and guardianship. This experience enhances her ability to address the full picture of clients’ needs, particularly in divorces involving businesses, significant assets, or future planning for children and families. Her clients benefit from her ability to anticipate issues that may arise beyond the divorce itself, offering solutions that protect both immediate and long-term interests.
At C. Alvarez Law, Jaclyn is valued not only for her legal acumen but also for her client-first philosophy. She works closely with families to help them navigate difficult transitions with strategy, empathy, and a focus on preserving stability.
A proud and active member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International since 2008, Jaclyn has held numerous leadership positions and continues to serve the legal community as District Justice for District 26. Her leadership reflects the same qualities she brings to the firm: integrity, professionalism, and service to others.
Outside the office, Jaclyn enjoys spending time at Walt Disney World, crafting, reading, listening to Taylor Swift, and attending NASCAR races.
